What makes a reliable and trustworthy business leader?

A reliable and trustworthy business leader should have a clear vision, communicate effectively, demonstrate integrity, lead by example, motivate and inspire their team, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, be approachable and open to feedback, make tough decisions when necessary, and be committed to continuous learning and personal growth.

How have you strategised and adapted to digital transformations globally?

To stay competitive in today’s rapidly changing business landscape, we have strategised and adopted digital transformations and Social Responsibility globally.

At Chakravuyha, we have a responsibility towards society to reduce the environmental impact of their companies. Developing net-zero and sustainability products is an essential way to fulfill this responsibility and contribute to a sustainable future.

By developing net-zero and sustainability products to fulfill their social responsibility, enhance business sustainability, meet regulatory requirements, drive innovation, and enhance reputation and branding. By prioritizing sustainability and investing in the development of sustainable products, companies can contribute to a more sustainable future while enhancing their bottom line, and we continue to observe the market and develop feasible solutions to fulfill the opportunities that exist in the Web 3 space.

What are the clear changes that you have made to your journey in the last decade?

Over the last decade, we have made significant changes to our journey. We have embraced digital transformation, investing in new technologies and platforms to streamline our operations and improve the customer experience. We have also shifted our focus to sustainability projects. I have made significant changes to our journey, by investing in new technologies and platforms to expand from services to products, in order to diversify the company’s revenue streams, making it less reliant on a single source of income. These changes can enable us to stay ahead of the curve in our industry, by creating a more sustainable and equitable future for all.

How do you draw a balance between target orientation and empathetic and compassionate leadership?

Finding a balance between target orientation and empathetic and compassionate leadership is a key factor in the success of our organisation. A strong focus on targets and goals is a great way to achieve business success and drive growth and profitability! We are committed to leading with empathy and compassion, prioritising the needs and challenges of our employees, and fostering a supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.

We have implemented several measures to achieve this balance, which is a great step forward. Firstly, we value open and transparent communication, which allows our employees to freely share their feedback and ideas. We are committed to providing our employees with regular training and development opportunities so that they can acquire the skills and tools they need to excel in their roles. We are proud to foster a culture of inclusion and respect, where all employees feel valued and supported.

What has been your greatest strength and weakness in the context of leadership?

Strengths, Consistent, Responsible, My Team, Empathy

Weakness – One of my weaknesses as a leader is that I sometimes take on too much responsibility. While it’s important to be hands-on and involved in different parts of the business, it’s also important to delegate tasks and trust my team to do them well. I’ve learned over time to know when to delegate tasks and how to give my team the tools they need to own their responsibilities.

What has been your driving force or philosophy in life?

It’s amazing to have a vision that extends beyond your own life and personal achievements. It can be a powerful motivator that drives you to create meaningful change and impact in the world. I am excited to focus on a larger purpose that inspires and motivates me. This will lead to greater success and influence for both myself and those around me.

How do you plan to drive your business at a global level in your current role?

India has an enormous workforce, but the world requires more. Unquestionably, there is a great need in the developing world.

Since the company started, we’ve built up a big presence in places other than India, like the United Arab Emirates, the UK, Malaysia, and a few others.

By the end of 2024, we are confident that we will have successfully established ourselves in new countries, primarily in North and East Africa, ASEAN, the Middle East, and South America.

Success is a steady flow of obstacles that need bravery. My life and successes feed my mission and drive me onward. I am encouraged to think large and make
decisions that honour my team and organisation. And I’m a firm believer in creating a company that will endure long when I’m gone.

How actively have you been personally involved with corporate social responsibilities? What have you felt driving societal responsibilities?

We also recognise the importance of sustainable development and are committed to minimising our environmental impact and promoting sustainable practices, by leveraging the power of technology and working together towards common goals, I believe we can create a brighter future for all.

What’s your vision for the industry and the Indian economy?

At our company, we strongly believe in incorporating corporate social responsibility into our business strategies. I am a firm believer in SWADHARMA. If I and my team execute our jobs well, it will help ourselves and our families, which will ultimately benefit the nation and mankind.
