Methodology & governance
The Leadership Equity Research index is compiled by WCRC International using a triangulated model: structured perception surveys of employees and industry peers, published disclosures on governance, diversity and remuneration, and a systematic review of leadership communication across a 24-month window. Scores are normalised on a 100-point composite and mapped to six dimensions on a 10-point scale. Leaders under active regulatory investigation are excluded. The index is refreshed annually.
