Hard Work with Dedication makes me a reliable and trustworthy business leader. Trust will not come in overnight, it will take a long period of time to get this.

How have you re strategised and adopted to the digital transformations globally?

Yes, everyone is moving towards the new era of digital transformation. It will be very difficult for you to exist in the future if you don’t adopt this.Organisations are undergoing a digital transition, from adopting cutting-edge technologies to strategic decision-making.

What are the clear changes that you have made to your journey in the last decade?

Learning – Continuous learning and adaptation to the new technologies.Strategic thinking and control of Emotions are the other two changes I made.


What is the current vision and mission at your current role?

Vision – My vision is to be an honest, empathetic and impactful team leader and to be recognized internationally. I am committed to growing as a leader and delivering value-added projects and ideas to the customers.

Mission – My mission is to create and lead a big team where everyone is playing with their strengths and ideas.Bring more digital business to India and other developing countries that actually need them.

How do you draw a balance between target orientation and empathetic and compassionate leadership?

Everyone has a target to achieve and is working towards that. But we have to be very mindful when dealing with our team. We have to think about the team member’s emotions and desire to help them to come out from the problems.

What has been your greatest strength and weakness in context of leadership?

Strength – Excellent Communication Skill (To be two ways always), Integrity, Courage and Ability to work at any situation

Weakness – Emotion and slowly am working on this to overcome.

What has been your driving force or philosophy in life?

Hard work never goes into the drain. Helping Others and Continuous Efforts to achieve our goals.

How do you plan to drive your business at a global level at your current role?

By doing research and narrow down to the markets of opportunity, Leverage with the local experts, Focus on Marketing Strategies

Never give up, definitely all problems have solutions

How actively have you been personally involved with corporate social responsibilities? What have you felt driving societal responsibilities?

Yes, I am involved frequently. We have our own CSR activities in Iron Mountain. Additionally am a grass root leader in Teka RC Singapore

What’s your vision for the industry and the Indian economy?

The Indian Economy is growing rapidly and especially in the digitalisation. Digitalisation will be the next future and India is moving very fast towards that.
