What makes a strong leader? What are your key leadership strengths that make the strongest attributes of success?
Strong leaders are always self-aware, and open-minded & inspire the team positively to work towards a common goal these people always take valuable decisions by maintaining integrity.
Key attributes of my leadership strengths are
- Being self-awareness of my strengths and taking necessary steps towards the things I need to improve on myself and my team for a better tomorrow will always remind me that there is always an opportunity for growth,
- I always take valuable decisions and act tactful in difficult situations to make an optimistic atmosphere and sense of purpose in my team that helps them to bounce back and rise above the challenges that we have faced and
- Having empathy towards the problems that need to address around the world. That drives my motivation to bring out valuable innovative solutions.
- An accomplishment that you consider to be the most significant in your career? What challenges did you face to reach the success?
I have been actively involved in Blockchain technology since 2013 and established Chakravuyha Software Technologies Private Limited in 2017 which assists with testing and deploying proofs-of-concept on Blockchain Technologies, and Blockchain development services, as well as technical advisory, Blockchain consultancy, tactical development, application, and conservation.
What is the role of a leader in these challenging times? List 5 in order of priority.
As the role of a leader, I set clear objectives for the team, cultivate a sense of community, and be open-minded and transparent to the team, by developing a sense of purpose and positivity with a resilience mindset among the team.

What is your vision and how do you share that with your shareholders, employees, and others?
Vision:

I believe a shared vision with a strong purpose brings the team to work as one towards the goal, which is the most important aspect, I share my vision with the shareholders, teams, and clients collaboratively and that will help us to iterate our vision from taking continuous feedback and bring out the vision that shares part of everyone valuable opinion that creates a positive impact on my team, shareholders and clients.
How do you drive active business renovations and how does that impact your subordinates?
We drive active business renovations by researching current industry trends, developing business renovation strategies and plans, and setting up a team that should align with new business strategies.
Subordinates need time to adapt to business renovations and they should keep a balance between the new ideas and old ones so that the company’s old project functionalities won’t affect. So, we are always ready for precise preplanning and transparency when it comes to business renovations.
How do you integrate corporate philanthropy or corporate social responsibility as a part of your business strategies?
We do corporate social responsibility as a part of our business strategies by determining & aligning meaningful philanthropy efforts with the company mission and values and building CSR programs that the team actively engages which will foster a positive corporate culture.
What has been your driving force or philosophy in life?
The driving force of Philosophy in life itself is very intense. If we try to find reasons and live, the moment the reason disappears we become purposeless and hopeless. Living to discover the existential reality is the best driving force.
How do you plan to drive your business at a global level?
Researching and identifying the market trends and developing strong strategies and executing plans that make the business feasibly ready technically, market-wise, finically, and organizational will make our business strive globally.

Our research team worked closely on these innovative technologies with the marketing team providing continuous feedback and the possible solutions that need to be fulfilled in the global market and we found that there are a lot of opportunities that need to be fulfilled in Web 3 space in the future. So, our core Technical, Marketing, and finical teams are working closely by observing the market and developing feasible innovative solutions that add value to the customers or clients.
And as we know marketing is as crucial as innovation, since it will increase the perceived value of the company and its product or services.
