What makes a strong leader? What are your key leadership strengths are make the strongest attributes of success?

A strong leader, to me, is someone who leads with both their heart and their mind. They possess a clear vision that they passionately communicate, and they genuinely care about the well-being and growth of their team members.

An accomplishment that you consider to be the most significant in your career? What challenges did you face to reach to the success.

Building a SYSPRO Technical and Functional team from scratch.

Our accomplishment represents a significant milestone for an individual who started an IT consulting company with SYSPRO Technical and Functional team from scratch. It demonstrates the ability to overcome numerous challenges, learn on the job, and build a successful business. The journey from a startup founded by someone with no prior business experience to securing major contracts with industry giants demonstrates our resilience, adaptability, and the willingness to learn and grow in the face of adversity.

What is the role of leader in these challenging times. List 5 in order of priority.

It is our desire to establish sakshath itself as a powerful business operation with vibrance and growth built on Sakshath’s principles that are highly regarded by our customers, stakeholders and our employees. As an organization, we want to be in a place where customers rely on the excellence of our services.

Driving active business renovations is essential for the long-term success and growth of an IT company, especially one that started as a startup and has evolved over the years.

By involving subordinates in the process, we make sure we follow the culture of innovation and continuous improvement within our organisation. This not only positions the organization for long-term success but also positively impacts our employees, enabling them to grow and thrive in their roles.

How do you integrate corporate philanthropy or corporate social responsibility as a part of your business strategies?

Implement sustainable practices, forge partnerships, and commit to long-term efforts. Measure and report outcomes to ensure meaningful and lasting corporate social responsibility.

Sakshath believes in giving back to the community which in turn creates a positive impact within the organization. Integrating CSR into our business strategies has not only benefited the community and the environment but also has enhanced our company’s reputation, strengthened our employee morale, and has even attracted socially conscious clients and partners. It’s a win-win approach that aligns business success with positive social impact.

What has been your driving force or philosophy in life?

My driving force and philosophy in life revolve around continuous learning, resilience, nurturing relationships, giving back to society, and being my own critic. These principles have guided my journey, helping me navigate both the ups and downs while striving for a fulfilling and purposeful life.

How do you plan to drive your business at a global level?

Sakshath already has a presence in India, US, Australia, and Africa. Soon there will be more business worldwide.

Expanding a startup to a successful organization that has aestablished a presence in the USA, Africa, and India is a significant achievement and by following a strategic plan and leveraging our company’s experience, technology diversity, and track record of quality solutions, we will continue to drive our IT business at a global level and explore new horizons for growth and success.

How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?

I define success as a multifaceted concept encompassing personal growth, balance, impact, resilience, fulfillment, learning, and alignment with values. I measure my success by consistently evaluating my progress in these areas and making adjustments to align more closely with my vision of a meaningful and successful life.

In your opinion what is the most significant aspect of leadership?

 In my opinion, one of the most significant aspects of leadership is the ability to inspire and empower others. A leader who can ignite enthusiasm, motivation, and a shared sense of purpose within their team creates a positive and productive environment.

Your perception of an empowered society. How far your industry has/can contribute for the same?

An empowered society is a collaborative effort that involves multiple industries, government bodies, non-profit organizations, and individuals. Each industry has a unique role to play in creating a society where people have the agency and resources to lead meaningful and purposeful lives while contributing to the betterment of their communities and the world. It is essential for industries to align their strategies and actions with the goal of empowerment to bring about positive and lasting change.
