In my capacity as the Managing Director of Innvolution Healthcare, I’ve honed my leadership strengths in articulating a compelling vision, fostering a collaborative and empathetic work culture, and maintaining a commitment to ongoing self-improvement. These attributes have been instrumental in propelling our organization toward continued success.

An accomplishment that you consider to be the most significant in your career? What challenges did you face to reach to the success.

One of the highlights of my career was leading a cross-functional team to develop and launch the groundbreaking Pinnacle Cath Lab, a transformative product in our industry. This achievement, several years in the making, presented its fair share of challenges:

Resource Constraints: We maximized our resources creatively within budget

These partnerships involve collaborating with local distributors, healthcare institutions, and key stakeholders in target regions to facilitate market entry and distribution while leveraging local expertise.

Ensuring regulatory compliance in each target market is paramount. We dedicate resources to meet international standards and acquire necessary certifications and approvals. Customization and localization are also pivotal; we adapt our products and services to suit the specific preferences and needs of each global market, tailoring product features, packaging, and marketing strategies accordingly.
