Do you have a formal mechanism for making sure you stay in touch with employees and customers on the organization’s front line?
I believe in engaging in personal conversations with people within the organization as well as my customers, peers and stakeholders. I interact with my customers and peers through my Twitter handle where I seek their insights on various subjects including, how as an organization we could contribute better. I also use LinkedIn as a platform to engage with young and aspiring professionals.
I strongly feel that “Happy Employees make Customers Happy”, I am passionate about the happiness of my employees and how the organization can create an enabling and conducive environment for them. I share my views and seek feedback from them constantly through my blogs, e-mails or during my visits to offices across India. I want to know about their aspirations and their vision for our company.
