Mehernosh heads Physical Security Products, Retail Business & Marketing Communications in Godrej Security Solutions, India’s leading brand in the security industry. Mehernosh has also been instrumental in managing Godrej Security Solutions’ foray in the developed markets of Europe and US. While driving the marketing and brand strategy, he has led several innovative marketing initiatives which have not only helped in building the brand but has also resulted in category adoption and development. Under his leadership, the Godrej Security Solutions brand has won several consumer awards including the prestigious Superbrand Award making it the only brand in the industry to have ever won this award. GSS has also won the “Most Preferred brand” award in the home segment apart from the Star Brand award that it recently got for being the most impactful brands in the country. Mehernosh was also honored with ‘Most Dynamic Marketing & Communication Professional of the Year Award’ at the Powerbrands Hall of Fame marketing leadership awards.

Mehernosh has over 14 years of experience in the Marketing and Safes function. He is a B.E. Mechanical Engineering and a MBA in Marketing. He has also completed a Management Programme from IIM-A. Mehernosh is also in the advisory board of the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) Council India.
