In 2008, RCL launched ‘Hotel Special’ mouth freshener which now accounts for the 40 per cent of the company’s total turnover. It has a niche dominant market in Kochi. In 2012, RCL started a quality control department. By 2014, it achieved a portfolio of hundred products which are now available across 340 stores and have a strong network of 30 distributors across south India.

The company aims to double its production capacity by 2015 and increase its market share by 40 per cent in the next five years in the approximately Rs-170-billion organised market of packaged bakery food products.
