Mr. Puneet Anand is an automobile professional with over 20 years’ experience in Automotive Marketing, Sales and Service Operations. He has vast experience in Field Operations, Customer Relations, Dealer Development and Planning Departments, Insurance Business, Service Marketing and Training of Dealers.
Currently he is General Manager and Group Head (Marketing), Hyundai Motor India Ltd.He joined Hyundai Motor India Ltd. in 1998, since then he has been heading various crucial departments as Head – Customer Relations and then he was promoted to various levels. Prior to Hyundai Motor India, he worked with Mahindra & Mahindra for 2 years.
He holds a Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology and a Post- Graduate Degree in Business Administration from Korea University (South Korea).

Sandeep Kulhalli, is a BSc., (Chemistry) from Fergusson College, Pune and has completed his Post Graduate in Management from Symbiosis, Pune(1982). Most of his working experience has been in Sales & Marketing. His career started in the B2B space with over 6 years experience in concept selling of High end Tool Room Equipment and Marketing of Chemical Process pumps,based out of Mumbai. He then joined as Area Sales Manager with Titan Industries Ltd, in 1988, and handled Sales Operations in MP and Vidharbha, later moved to Calcutta as ASM, WB and NE launched Timex in the East as Sales Manager, and completed the stint, as Sales Manager for Titan, for East Region. From 1994, handled the North Region as Regional Manager, for all business.
He moved to Corp office at Bangalore, in 2004, as Business Head-Customer Service, later Headed the Retailing Business Group for the Watches Div, subsequently headed International Business for the Co, and now as Sr.Vice President-Retail & Marketing-Jewellery Division and manage the Flagship Brand Tanishq for India and Overseas, as well as Goldplus and Zoya Retail Brands.

As Head of Marketing, I have contributed in creating some path breaking campaigns like Raymond Made To Measure, Raymond Linen and Raymond Whites and multiple Go To Market initiatives in past 3 seasons which are being appreciated and noticed by Consumers, Trade as well as the Marketing & Advertising fraternity.
This has led into brand Raymond sweeping the Awards scenario in the past few months. The recent being 3 recognitions at the prestigious Effie Awards 2016. At an individual level, received the title of “Brand Builder of the Year” by Marketing Excellence Awards – Marketing Congress.

To forsake the mundane and embrace the new has been the guiding light in his professional and personal life. He has focused his professional efforts in building strong corner stones and developing clear understanding of consumer issues, to shape the brand and business strategy.
In a career spanning over 16 years, he has amassed functional skills in the areas of sales and marketing, working across different industries in different capacities. Currently working as the Head of Communication for Nestlé, and earlier as Head of Brand with Airtel, Category Head with Marico and Group Product Manager with Britannia, he has built strong businesses, compelling brands and great teams.
Drafting a sustainable profitable growth story for Saffola by repositioning the brand to appeal to younger adults; driving equity for Airtel brand by making it more human and real; driving consumption for coffee in India by repositioning the Nescafe’ brand for the young and refreshing the marketing mix; strengthening corporate equity of the Nestlé brand through sustained product brand efforts and launching the internationally acclaimed initiative #ShareYourGoodness are some of the highlights of his marketing career.
Chandru strongly believes in the power of meaningful communication in building brands and businesses. He has an innate flair for advertising and inspires creative teams to deliver outstanding work. He has won many marketing accolades for his communication work, especially for Airtel, Saffola and Nescafé. He has earned global recognition in Nestlé for shaping the digital communication strategy, by building the digital acceleration team (DAT) setup in India. This setup has redefined the way Nestlé develops communication content and handles digital assets.
Connecting with different people, travelling to new places, eating exotic cuisines…all excite him. The story-teller in him is intrigued and inspired by the dream world of celluloid since childhood… watching movies of different genres and languages is not just his favorite hobby, but an integral part of his life.

Payments at Oxigen Wallet.Across her roles Rachna has built diverse experience in devising Go2 Market strategies, planning and executing ROI driven Integrated Marketing campaigns (Digital, Social Media, ATL/ BTL, PR), handling Brand Sponsorships and Celebrity Endorsements.
After having worked with large MNC’s like Ogilvy, American Express and so on. Rachna took the plunge to join the startup world and joined the founding team at Oxigen Wallet. As a member of the founding team she was instrumental in building Oxigen Wallet as one of the top 5 wallet brands in the country with 20 million registrations. Her launch campaign “Stroke of Midnight “won the brand 4 awards at the Abbys in 2015.
Rachna lives and works in Gurgaon and is a post graduate from Delhi University with certification in Business Management from XLRI.
She is also a visiting faculty in B- schools, a regular panelist and an active member of the Paul Writers Marketing Community and the CMO forum.
