BURJ QATAR
Doha, Qatar

Doha Tower, formerly known as Burj Qatar and Doha High Rise Office Building, is the 6th tallest tower in Qatar and 65th tallest in West Asia. Designed by French architect Ateliers Jean Nouvel and developed by Sheikh Saoud Bin Mohamed Bin Ali Al-Thani, Doha Tower stands 781 feet above the ground. It was awarded by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) as the “Overall Best Tall Building Worldwide 2012” and also as the “Best Tall Building Middle East & Africa 2012”. This tower was completed in 2012 and took seven years to build and is held as one of the best designed office buildings in the world. The tower is an iconic structure in Doha and its skin looks like stars woven together. In bright sunlight, this iconic structure looks like a grey beast; during sunset it looks like a burning building.
