Bedraj heads the brand Godrej Interio, driving growth of the brand, market share, customer experience, and developing an omni-channel experience for users. He is part of the Divisional Management Committee at Godrej. He coaches 4 start-ups that aim towards taking the ‘Made-in-India’ concept global – profitably!
His strong experience in various verticals, association with industry bodies and forums, innovative approach in my roles over the past 20 years, earned me the Award of ‘Game Changers’ in Marketing by WCRC in 2014 and Digital Marketer of the Year 2016 by IAMAI. He was part of a structured program on innovation process with Institute of Design, Illinois Institute of Technology, to develop the future digital direction (both business models and process models) for Godrej as a group.
He has worked in international markets while heading Global Marketing for Mastek, operating in US, Europe, South East Asia and MEA.
A strong half of his career was in integrated marketing and communications, which came from heading the largest direct and interactive venture of FCBUlka and Urja.
