The founding principle was to create viable alternative products as substitutes to toxic products.The AAPPL bouquet of products spans several sectors;from home care, personal care, agricultural to food and beverages. The ideology of ‘natural goodness’ is what knits all the products together, products which are made with the strictest adherence to quality. Arpita Agro Product (P) Ltd. introduced Nimyle in 1996 and has built it from scratch to becoming one of the leaders in its segments in the East of India and becoming popular in several more states in the country. Nimyle is one of its kinds and one of the first products that tried to bring in the concept of herbal for home hygiene products. In a way the product was revolutionary. In 1992 the environment consciousness wave had just begun to take shape with everyone realizing the concept of conservation for generation next. The idea of environmental conservation has always been there in the minds of people but with the aid of various media this thought percolated to a wider section of society. This seemed like a good time to start with a product that was both in keeping with the thoughts of the people and truly brought them cleanliness with safety. It was the faith in product and its quality, which is highly beneficial for consumers, that lead the brand to believe that it could make people aware of the uses and benefits of Nimyle.

AAPPL has a scenic factory at Raspunja, West Bengal set amidst a lush green enclosure within 15 kilometers from the town centre. The brand’s second factory is in Nagpur, Maharashtra. With a large production capacity, this manufacturing unit is catering to the ever-growing demands of the western, northern and southern markets. Since 2013 the brand have also initiated several events aimed towards raising awareness about the environment, and the ways and means in which it can move towards a greener future.

The company started from West Bengal and slowly the products have entered several markets like Orissa, Jharkhand, Bihar,Assam, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, Punjab and Maharashtra.

This belief led to the creation of Nimyle Home. Nimyle Home is an institution that provides and cares for mentally and physically challenged children. AAPPL has taken up the responsibility of 35 children who are now a part of their family. The brand has begun an annual interschool quiz which sees participation from premier schools with the hope that this will encourage schools to make their students more aware of their surroundings and how they can improve it.
