The products manufactured at Aachi’s factory, have an edge over any other, on account of the equipments with state-of-the-art technology; hygienic work place; highly qualified technical staff and delivery of quality products to the customers. High quality raw materials are sourced from all over the country through company approved suppliers. The quality checked raw materials are taken to production floor for further processing. All the spices are cleaned and roasted at high temperatures to enhance flavour and to ensure food safety. Roasted spices are blended as per the standard formulation and then powdered and packed. The quality personnel ensure the process as per the standard operating procedures.
In addition to the factories at Ayanambakkam and Redhills in suburban Chennai a state of the art hi–tech cold grinding facility (German Technology) for spices has been established at the spices park in Gummidipoondi. This facility grinds spices that retains the colour, aroma and taste with longer shelf-life. Fully automatic conveying system; starting from raw material feeding, without intervention of human hands.

A dedicated Research and Development team is involved in developing new products as indicated by the market demand patterns. A team of experienced food technologists are involved in new product development as well as in product improvement. The R&D team coordinates with the manufacturing units in developing new products, packaging material, food labeling, product shelf life and suitability of new products for human consumption.
